We offer refunds under specific conditions, as detailed below. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of CORESERVE LLC and are subject to compliance with this policy.

  • Refunds are only applicable to certain services and products as specified in this policy.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services rendered in full or for any usage beyond the eligible refund period.
  • Processing fees, administrative charges, and any third-party costs are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Below is a breakdown of our refund policies for different services:

2.1. Web Hosting Services

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our shared hosting, VPS hosting, and reseller hosting plans.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Domain registration fees, setup fees, and additional service charges are non-refundable.

2.2. Dedicated Servers

  • Refunds are not available for dedicated servers unless there is a failure on our part to provide the service.
  • If the server remains inaccessible due to technical issues from our side, a partial refund or service credit may be considered.

2.3. Domain Name Registrations

  • All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable due to ICANN and registry regulations.
  • If a domain transfer fails due to errors beyond our control, a credit may be issued instead of a refund.

2.4. SSL Certificates

  • Refunds for SSL certificates are available within 7 days of purchase if the certificate has not been activated.
  • Once an SSL certificate has been issued, it becomes non-refundable.

2.5. Software Licenses & Add-ons

  • Licenses for software such as cPanel, WHMCS, and other add-ons are non-refundable once issued and activated.

2.6. One-Time Setup Fees

  • Any setup fees associated with service activation are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Account suspension or termination due to abusive behavior, spamming, illegal activities, or non-compliance with regulations.
  • Use of excessive server resources leading to termination under our fair usage policy.
  • Requests for refunds beyond the stipulated refund period for the service.
  • Failure to properly cancel a service before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds for promotional or discounted services.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request
    • Contact our billing department at support@core-serve.com with your order details, including the service name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review & Processing
    • Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and determine if it meets our refund policy criteria.
  3. Refund Approval & Issuance
    • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
    • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  4. Denial of Refund
    • If your request does not meet our eligibility criteria, you will receive an explanation via email.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest it and may submit evidence of service delivery to the payment provider.
  • Any outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks must be settled before future services can be purchased.

6. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, you must:

  • Submit a cancellation request via our billing portal or by emailing support@core-serve.com at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Ensure that you back up all necessary data before cancellation, as data may be permanently deleted.
  • Understand that service cancellations do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless covered under our refund policy.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

In certain cases, CORESERVE LLC may consider refund exceptions at its sole discretion, including:

  • Major service outages affecting multiple customers for extended periods.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Special promotions where refund terms are explicitly stated.
