1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • 1.1. New Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • 1.2. Service Issues: Refunds will be considered if there are service issues directly caused by Coreserve LLC, such as prolonged server downtime beyond our SLA agreement. Refund eligibility for these cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • 2.1. Violation of Terms and Conditions: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
  • 2.2. Renewal Fees: Refunds do not apply to renewal fees for ongoing services unless a written cancellation request is received before the renewal date.
  • 2.3. Custom or Personalized Services: Services that involve custom configurations, dedicated servers, or other personalized elements are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Request Process

4. Prorated Refunds

For cancellations requested after the initial 14-day period, prorated refunds may be offered at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your service term.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us may result in a suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us to resolve any issues directly.


6. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
